Digital Marketing Project Manager

**Major Roles/Responsibilities**:
Client-facing work alongside the Director of Client Services to manage projects, including:
- Manage project related materials
- Project communications
- Management of project documentation
- Documenting change-management process
- Coordinating process with diverse teams consisting of junior producers, writers,
designers, technologists and artists
Manage project phases, delivery events, and team workflow for all assigned work
Engage internal and external stakeholders (client management, creative, technical)
Adhere to internal processes and workflow
Manage estimates, timelines and project plans to ensure high quality completion of
interactive projects
Help develop accurate schedules, project plans and estimates
Escalate issues that may affect quality, scope or deadlines to Director of Production
and/or Director of Client Services
Regularly communicate with all internal constituencies as to project progress/issues
Maintain job status tracking and reporting
Develop and disseminate conference reports for all relevant internal meetings
Organize, maintain and archive all project related documentation and output
Route all applicable project deliverables to the appropriate parties (i.e., assure the
delivery of functional specifications to Creative and Technology team prior to...)
Develop change orders according to established internal process
Assist in the management of client relationships from beginning to end
Help assure the overall quality of projects, while making sure the creative and technical departments stay on-time and on-budget
**Qualifications**:
⎯ Between 3 and 7 years experience in the Interactive field as project/program manager
⎯ A proven track record in a client facing role as either a project manager or producer or
similar
⎯ Working knowledge of Google Suite/Workspace
⎯ Strong production planning skills
⎯ Superior organizational skills
⎯ Ability to work across multiple disciplines
⎯ Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
⎯ Strong attention to detail, deadlines and ability to multi-task in a fluid and fast-paced environment
⎯ Creative and resourceful thinker, geared toward fleshing out the process and
dependencies and solving problems
⎯ A balanced mix between organizational-leadership and team-player management styles
⎯ Ability to quickly nurture trust and confidence with project teams as well as business principals
⎯ Recognizing and leveraging existing solutions and resources
⎯ Sharing best practices with other producers and members of the production team when applicable
⎯ Keeping a sense of humor and a positive attitude
