We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate professional for a Project Manager role for our client in the consulting industry for 3 months with a **possibility of extension (100% remote).**- Ensures project milestones are met according to planned schedule.
- Tracks project progress; manages and escalates project risks and issues as appropriate.
- Proactively identifies and manages the resolution of risks and issues that may negatively impact project or project deliverables; seeks and implements innovative ways to remove project obstacles.
- Delivers timely project reports using provided templates
- Conducts regular project reviews and communicates the status of projects in both formal and informal settings.
- Manages and tracks project budget/variance.
- Develops project resource management plans with management
- Establishes and facilitates regular project team meetings.
- Creates, manages and maintains all required project documentation, templates provided.
- Documents, shares, and leverages project lessons learned.
- Builds relationships with stakeholders and project teams to effectively manage and deliver a high-quality project.
- Leads effective project team
- Motivates and leads project team and instills a mindset of collaboration.
- Promotes effective teamwork
- Provides regular and timely feedback to team members and management
- 6+ years of related experience - Speaks English well - Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies - Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Experience in MS Project - Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills - Agile/Scrum master certification a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT preferred - PMP certification preferred
