What you'll do:
- Handle inbound calls from customers requesting moving quotes
- Follow up with warm leads and make outbound sales calls
- Qualify prospects and close sales over the phone
- Accurately log call notes, follow-ups and outcomes in our CRM
- Use proven sales scripts while developing your own closing style
- Maintain consistent daily activity (calls, talk time, follow-ups)
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals
- Attend remote coaching and training sessions as scheduled
Compensation & Employment Type This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. During ramp-up, we provide a minimum guaranteed draw of approximately COP 1,600,000 per month (≈ USD $400) against commissions. Typical monthly earnings during ramp-up are COP 1,600,000 – COP 2,800,000; consistent performers earn COP 4,000,000 – COP 8,000,000+; top performers have no income cap.
Work Arrangement
- Fully remote
- Must be based in Colombia
- Independent contractor (responsible for local taxes)
- No paid holidays, paid vacation or employee benefits
Requirements
- Fluent, professional English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable making daily outbound sales calls
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently
- Availability aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours
This role is not a good fit if you are looking for a fixed salary, are uncomfortable with phone sales, require employee benefits, or prefer a slow-paced or highly structured environment.
