About the Role
Spotless Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to support our growth in the commercial sector. This role focuses on cold calling and cold emailing decision-makers at commercial facilities to generate and close new business opportunities.
You will represent a full-service facility maintenance company offering recurring janitorial services, high dusting, facility maintenance, pressure washing, and construction services. This is a performance-oriented role with clear targets, training, and commission opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls and cold email campaigns to commercial facilities
- Identify and engage decision-makers such as property managers, facility managers, and business owners
- Qualify leads and present company services clearly and professionally
- Close deals for:
- Recurring janitorial contracts
- High dusting and specialty cleaning
- Ongoing facility maintenance
- Construction and renovation services
- Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with management to improve scripts, outreach strategies, and closing rates
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in B2B sales, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and sending cold emails
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Professional, confident, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Experience selling services to commercial or industrial clients is a strong plus
Compensation
- Monthly base pay $650.00 USD
- Performance-based commission per closed deal of 5-10%
- Bonus incentives for exceeding targets
