Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Sales Support

  • Schedule meetings, client calls, and internal sales reviews across multiple calendars and time zones.
  • Conduct basic follow-ups with prospects and clients using email templates or custom responses.
  • Maintain organized documentation of leads, meeting notes, and communications in shared digital files.

Marketing Content Development

  • Draft and schedule quarterly newsletters in Mailchimp, drawing from internal updates, service highlights, and brand messaging guides.
  • Create or modify marketing flyers, email templates, and lead magnets using Canva or similar Marketing tools.

Lead Management & Platform Oversight

  • Manage TMTBSI's ZoomInfo platform: build targeted lead lists, update contact records, and segment data for outreach.
  • Monitor lead quality and suggest improvements based on campaign performance or new strategic targets.

Campaign Coordination & Reporting

  • Launch email campaigns in Mailchimp and track open rates, click-throughs, and unsubscribes.
  • Share performance

Process Improvement & Continuous Support

  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows or lead generation tactics.
  • Assist with the development and refinement of templates, SOPs, and process documentation for Sales & Marketing functions.

  • Digital Organization:
