  • TAREAS CLAVE – FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS
    1. Apoyar en la revisión de políticas y procedimientos de la compañía
    Responsabilidad con entes externos
    - Seguimiento a los reportes realizados ante la SIC (Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio) /Registro nacional de bases de datos.
    - Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos establecidos en el manual Sarlaft/Sagrilaft
    Responsabilidades a nivel interno
    - Socializar los cambios de políticas y procedimientos internos con las áreas involucradas.
    - Dar soporte en proyectos específicos del área de E&C.
    - Hacer seguimiento a todos los procesos relacionados con tratamiento y protección de datos personales.
    - Dar soporte a las diferentes áreas de la organización en las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.
    2. Apoyar con el seguimiento de los controles de ética y cumplimiento adelantados por la gerencia de E&C
    - Generar la información necesaria para la realización de los monitoreos mensuales de los procesos internos de la compañía.
    - Dar soporte en el análisis de la información recolectada a la Gerencia de Compliance para realizar controles sobre el cumplimiento de las políticas/procedimientos internos.
    3. Apoyar la gestión del proceso de entrenamiento de las personas con relación a las políticas de ética y cumplimiento asignados en las diferentes áreas de la compañía
    - Apoyar en los procesos de inducción y reinducción frente a las políticas y procedimientos de E&C de la compañía.
    - Apoyar en la actualización de la información que se provee en la inducción dependiendo del cargo al que vaya dirigido.
    4. Apoyar en procesos de comunicaciones internas
    - Generar plan de comunicación local en temas de cumplimiento (privacidad, speak up, transparencia, entre otros).
