Job Title

Delivery Associate

A Cytric Partner Consultant supports the development of positive customer experiences, helps foster relationships, and contributes to brand loyalty.

The Cytric Partner Consultant assists in monitoring Customer Operations service performance (including implementation consultancy, support, and learning) with guidance from senior colleagues. The Cytric Partner Consultant focus is on the Partner's learning, growing expertise, and support to ensure satisfaction and success.

 Responsibilities for Cytric Partner Consultant

 

Building an operational Partner Relationships

  • Establish an operational trustful relationship with our Partners by understanding their organizations, businesses, and needs.

  • Support senior colleagues in adopting long-term business partnerships that benefit both the company and our Partners.

  • Assist in the preparation of Business Review Meetings and gain exposure to discussions about strategic account management.

Implementation Consulting Support

  • Develop expertise in Cytric Easy (Travel & Expense) and support Partners' onboarding by guiding them on how to implement & maintain the platform, where to find information, and how Cytric processes and procedures work.

  • Empower the Partners to become fully autonomous with the highest expertise on the solution: contribute with the Partners upskill, deliver education workshops and coaching sessions (share implementation tips, how to optimize the configuration of the tool, etc.).

  • Observe and support system audits while gaining experience in optimizing Partner operations.

  • Understand Amadeus Corporate Strategy and priorities to identify potential upsell opportunities.

  • Participate in the project implementation and help the Partners to setup their systems according to their customer requirement and agreed scope

  • Understand the Partner market focus and type of customer: provide insights and help the Partners to grow their customer base and ensure that they fully take advantage of the platform.

Monitoring Performance & Customer Operations Excellence

  • Assist in tracking Customer Operations performance and efficiency and help report insights to senior consultants.

  • Attend regular meetings with internal teams to review collected data and understand how business decisions are made.

  • Collaborate with the other Corporations Business Unit (Learning, Product Management, etc.) entities to monitor the Partner expertise, satisfaction and growth.

  • Support initiatives aimed at improving existing customer service processes and Partner satisfaction.

Be informed about Partners' challenges and work with them to find solutions to pain points

  • Help to identify Partner challenges and learn how to help find solutions.

  • Proactively Analyse risks, ensure relevant reporting to line organization and support mitigation planning with internal teams.

  • Gain exposure to operational troubleshooting by learning how to collaborate with support teams.

Continuing learning & Cytric Easy skills Development

  • Continue developing expertise in Cytric Easy, Amadeus Cytric portfolio, integration capabilities, corporate industry and Amadeus as company.

  • Participate in feedback loops and contribute to discussions on service improvements.

  • Support with the creation of documentation

Qualifications for Cytric Partner Consultant

  • Have specialized formal education or equivalent work experience in consulting, Customer Success Management or another client-facing role

  • Technical and functional knowledge of Cytric Travel and Expense with a Cytric Travel Certification

  • Basic knowledge of the Amadeus business & Travel IT industry

  •  Have an interest in Microsoft 360

  • Team player, self-motivated and driving for results

  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required

  • Analytical thinking: ability to use a methodical step-by-step approach to break down complex problems

  • English fully mastered (written & spoken), another language is a plus

  • IT skills:

    • Amadeus and Sabre GDS

    • Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, advanced Excel skills, Word, Teams, SharePoint...)

    • Cytric Travel and Expense
