Role
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bogota, Colombia, for a Commercial Liaison & Revenue Management professional for the MIA-BOG-MIA route. The role serves as a bridge between Sales and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of commitments and projects, implement and optimize revenue management processes, and oversee the resolution of claims. The position requires a combination of hard and soft skills, including 3+ years of related experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage and follow through on tasks from start to finish with thoroughness and attention to detail.
Role Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between sales and operational teams, ensuring fluid communication to streamline processes and support the successful execution of initiatives.
Implement and optimize revenue management processes aimed at maximizing efficiency and profitability.
Prepare and present weekly syntheses of key performance metrics related to revenue and flight operations.
Maintain regular contact with customers, ensuring all procedures are correctly followed and operations run smoothly. Identify and resolve any issues, providing detailed follow-through, and redesign or introduce new practices to prevent future disruptions and optimize workflow.
Oversee claims on missing or damaged pieces and help negotiate settlements
Perform occasional onsite visits to El Dorado Airport to provide support during peak seasons and gain a larger understanding of operations at Global Aviation Link.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles or performing similar tasks.
- Proficient in Power BI or a similar software.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence, with an interest in applying AI-driven initiatives to enhance business processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional proactivity, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Descripción del puesto
Se trata de un puesto a tiempo completo, hibrido, basado en Bogotá, Colombia, para un profesional en Liasion Comercial y Gestión de Ingresos para la ruta MIA-BOG-MIA. El rol actúa como puente entre ventas y operaciones para asegurar la alineación y ejecución de compromisos y proyectos, implementar y optimizar procesos de gestión de ingresos y supervisar la resolución de reclamaciones. La posición requiere una combinación de habilidades técnicas y interpersonales, incluyendo más de 3 años de experiencia relacionada, sólidas habilidades de comunicación, y la capacidad de gestionar y dar seguimiento a responsabilidades de principio a fin con minuciosidad y atención al detalle.
Responsabilidades del rol

Servir como enlace entre los equipos de ventas y operaciones, asegurando una comunicación fluida para optimizar procesos y apoyar la exitosa ejecución de iniciativas.
Implementar y optimizar procesos de gestión de ingresos orientados a maximizar la eficiencia y rentabilidad.
Preparar y presentar resúmenes semanales de métricas clave relacionadas con ingresos y operaciones de vuelos.
Mantener contacto regular con los clientes, asegurando que se cumplan correctamente todos los procedimientos y que las operaciones funcionen sin inconvenientes. Identificar y resolver cualquier problema, proporcionando seguimiento detallado, y rediseñar o introducir nuevas prácticas para prevenir futuras interrupciones y optimizar el flujo de trabajo.
Supervisar reclamos por piezas faltantes o dañadas y colaborar en la negociación de compensaciones.
Realizar visitas ocasionales al Aeropuerto El Dorado para brindar apoyo durante temporadas altas y obtener un mayor entendimiento de las operaciones en Global Aviation Link.
Requisitos
- Bilingüe en inglés y español.
- Más de 3 años de experiencia en roles similares o realizando responsabilidades relacionadas.
- Dominio de Power BI o software similar.
- Título universitario o superior en Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
- Conocimientos básicos de inteligencia artificial, con interés en aplicar IA para mejorar los procesos empresariales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
- Proactividad excepcional, habilidades organizativas, capacidad de resolución de problemas y de manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
