Responsabilidades

Este rol te brindará la oportunidad de liderar actividades clave que impulsarán tu carrera. Entre estas responsabilidades se incluyen algunas de las siguientes:

  • Construir y mantener relaciones científicas sólidas con profesionales de la salud y expertos externos.
  • Compartir información médica equilibrada y basada en evidencia, y responder a preguntas científicas de manera oportuna.
  • Recopilar y reportar insights médicos desde el campo para informar las estrategias médicas y comerciales locales.
  • Apoyar actividades de interacción científica como juntas asesoras, congresos y educación médica.
  • Brindar capacitación científica y soporte a equipos internos y socios externos.
  • Contribuir a actividades locales de investigación y generación de evidencia.

Calificaciones Básicas

Buscamos profesionales con las siguientes habilidades y cualificaciones necesarias para ayudarnos a alcanzar nuestros objetivos:

  • Título en medicina, enfermería, ciencias de la salud o disciplina científica relacionada.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia clínica, académica o en la industria farmacéutica en actividades de interacción en campo con profesionales de la salud y expertos externos.
  • Sólida capacidad para leer, interpretar y comunicar datos científicos y clínicos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en español; conocimiento funcional de inglés es deseable.
  • Licencia de conducción vigente y disponibilidad para viajar regularmente dentro de Colombia.
  • Compromiso con la práctica ética, el cumplimiento y la integridad profesional.

Calificaciones Deseadas

Si cuentas con las siguientes características, sería un plus:

  • Título avanzado (Maestría, PhD, MD, PharmD) en un campo relevante.
  • Experiencia específicamente en Asuntos Médicos, vacunas, enfermedades infecciosas, enfermedades cardiorenometabólicas o áreas terapéuticas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia liderando o apoyando juntas asesoras, presentaciones en congresos o actividades de generación de evidencia.
  • Familiaridad con diseño de investigación clínica, evidencia del mundo real y análisis de datos.
  • Fluidez en inglés para interacciones científicas y revisión de literatura.
  • Fuertes habilidades de relacionamiento con stakeholders y capacidad comprobada para influir en entornos matriciales.
