Es por eso que estamos en la búsqueda de nuestro próxim@ Rewards & Payroll Lead para ser parte de un equipo de alto rendimiento cuyos principales responsabilidades serán:

Liderar la estrategia y la operación de Compensación, Beneficios y Nómina regional, asegurando el cumplimiento legal, la eficiencia en procesos, el control presupuestal y la alineación con las mejores prácticas de mercado, contribuyendo a la atracción, retención y motivación del talento.

Esperamos que, quien ocupa el rol, reúna las siguientes características:

  • +3 años de experiencia en roles de Rewards & Payroll (Compensation, beneficios y nomina) en Colombia 
  • Experiencia comprobada en control y gestión de presupuestos de HR.
  • Habilidades numéricas y analíticas
  • Deseable experiencia como HR Controller o en funciones de control presupuestal dentro de HR
