Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality, affordable healthcare worldwide.The HR Services Analyst will be part of the Global Compensation Operations Team which delivers annual programs like Rewards Planning, Salary Surveys and Market Analysis, Short Term Incentive and LTI Compensation. This position will be a Hybrid position in Bogotá.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Provide centralized HR administration and support for global programs such as Rewards, Talent Development, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
- Collaborate across HR teams to establish standards, ensure accuracy in transactions, and drive efficiency in human resource processes.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on continuous improvement, system optimization, and customer experience enhancement.
- Define requirements and implement automation or self-service systems to improve efficiency and streamline HR workflows.
- Deliver professional support to leaders and employees, ensuring effective communication, problem solving, and customer service excellence.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Two to three years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Finance or Payroll
Strong experience in Data Analysis, Excel and Project Management
Functional Skills: Total Rewards, Data Analysis, Advanced Excel, HR Program Administration, HR Policies, HR Systems, , Knowledge Management.
Fluent in English
