Overview

We are seeking a qualified, energetic, self - motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in international sales and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a creative individual with innovative ideas to help brand, market and sell our international air and ocean services.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our international freight services.
  • Identify and pursue new Business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in international sales is essential.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self- motivated with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
  • Proficiency in using Sales or similar CRM tools for effective sales management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required to apply for this position.
