The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
  • Plan and execute campaigns and events
  • Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events
  • Create online and offline marketing content
  • Support the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for LATAM markets, including content creation and scheduling.
  • Design visual assets for digital campaigns, presentations, and product launches using graphic design tools.
  • Support product management activities, including product positioning, promotional materials, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure
    brand alignment
    and effective communication.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Location:
    Based in Colombia, with availability to support LATAM region.
  • Travel Requirements:
    Flexibility and availability to travel across LATAM region.
  • Education:
    Specialization degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in marketing roles with focus on
    social media and graphic design
    .

  • Experience in
    product marketing
    or product management is a plus.

  • Skills:

  • Intermediate to advanced
    English proficiency
    (written and spoken).
  • Strong knowledge of
    social media platforms
    and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in
    graphic design software
    (Adobe Suite preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Basic knowledge of
    video editing
    tools.
