Estamos buscando un(a) 
General Management Assistant

para apoyar directamente al Gerente General en la gestión diaria de la operación. Esta persona será clave en la 
coordinación de procesos
, el seguimiento del desempeño del negocio y la implementación de decisiones estratégicas.

Es un rol ideal para alguien con visión operativa, capacidad analítica y habilidades sólidas de organización y comunicación.

Responsabilidades principales:

Gestión operativa

  • Implementar las decisiones del Gerente General y apoyar en la ejecución del plan operativo diario.
  • Coordinar los diferentes procesos de la operación para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
  • Apoyar en la mejora continua de procedimientos internos.

Gestión del desempeño y del negocio

  • Realizar seguimiento y evaluación del desempeño del negocio.
  • Monitorear indicadores de ventas, niveles de inventario y necesidades de reposición.
  • Asegurar un control adecuado de ventas y actividades comerciales relacionadas.

Control interno y gestión del riesgo

  • Apoyar al Gerente General en la creación, actualización y mejora de los sistemas de gestión interna.
  • Colaborar en el fortalecimiento del sistema de control interno y mitigación de riesgos.

Requisitos:

  • Profesional en cualquier área (título universitario).
  • Inglés B2 o superior.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles similares o en operaciones.
  • Experiencia liderando o coordinando equipos.
  • Capacidad para optimizar procesos y proponer mejoras continuamente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, coordinación y gestión del tiempo.
  • Alta responsabilidad, autonomía y capacidad de ejecución sin procrastinación.
