We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive – Events / Hospitality Sales Executive to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales for our client's events and hospitality services within the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the events or hospitality industry, possess strong negotiation skills, and have a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets in the events and hospitality sector.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, maintain relationships, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities within the events industry.
- Nurture client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Prepare and present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure successful event execution.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company's services and expand the business network.
- Proven experience as a sales executive or similar sales role, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
