Role Objective

Execute the production, recording, and editing of audiovisual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications, working from ideas and creative guidelines defined by the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the editing of content for social media and internal channels
  • Cover internal and external events
  • Produce audiovisual assets for campaigns, internal communications, and employer branding initiatives
  • Execute audiovisual pieces based on creative briefs, scripts, and references provided
  • Apply guidelines related to framing, pacing, tone, and overall visual style
  • Adapt audiovisual content to different formats and platforms
  • Organize, back up, and manage audiovisual files and assets
  • Adjust audiovisual pieces based on creative feedback.

Requirements

  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Previous experience in video production and editing (in-house, agency, or freelance)
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, basic After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar
  • Experience handling audiovisual equipment (cameras, microphones, stands, lighting)
  • Ability to work with clear briefs and iterative feedback
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

Experience Level: Specialist – minimum 2 years of experience in audiovisual production

Location: Bogotá, Colombia - On site
