Buscamos un(a) practicante universitario(a) entusiasta y proactivo(a) para unirse a nuestro equipo de Consultoría. Esta posición ofrece una oportunidad única para aprender de cerca cómo se gestionan y ejecutan proyectos de transformación empresarial, estrategia, operaciones, tecnología y más. El/la practicante apoyará en diversas etapas de los proyectos, desde la investigación y análisis hasta proponer estrategias.
Responsabilidades:
- Apoyar en la ejecución de proyectos de consultoría en diferentes industrias.
- Realizar investigaciones de mercado, benchmarking y análisis de datos.
- Preparar presentaciones, informes y documentos de trabajo para clientes internos y externos.
- Participar en sesiones de ideación, talleres y reuniones de seguimiento de proyectos.
- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para proponer soluciones innovadoras.
- Apoyar en tareas administrativas y de gestión de proyectos según sea necesario.
Requisitos:
- Estudiante de últimos semestres de carreras como Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Finanzas, negocios internacionales, gobierno, ciencia política o afines.
- Interés en consultoría, análisis de negocios y resolución de problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, adaptarse a entornos dinámicos y gestionar múltiples tareas.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado (deseable).
- Disponibilidad inmediata - Inicio de Prácticas Dieciembre 2025/Enero 2026
