About The Role
Our growing Digital & Insights practice (D&I) seeks a talented Junior Designer who is a recent graduate or early career professional to join the team in our Bogota office . We are looking for a creative who is a conceptual thinker, with great communication skills. The ideal candidate has an eagerness to learn new skills and techniques and can incorporate feedback in thoughtful ways. In this position, you will support designers and art directors to create impactful designs in a variety of different mediums and industries that help our clients meet their business objectives. You will have access to considerable talent development and growth opportunities.

Our D&I team consists of over 25 talented individuals in Bogota, New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Houston, Portland, and Washington D.C. Bringing together experts across creative and digital strategy, data science and primary research, we support our subject matter colleagues through the creation of integrated communications strategies. Projects span a variety of industries including Energy, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Public Affairs, Industrials, Technology, and others.

What You'll Do
The successful candidate will:

• Design compelling and engaging design solutions with oversight from senior team members, including but not limited to: social and paid media graphics, print brochures, presentations and reports, new business proposals, websites, and logos.
• Assist in the creation of mood boards, wireframes and other visualizations needed to facilitate the design and development process.
• Contribute creative ideas and brainstorm in a team setting for a variety of industry campaigns and engagements.
• Collaborate with team members with varying skill sets and backgrounds.
• Stay up to date on latest design trends, creative methodologies, and UI/UX techniques.

What You Will Need

Succeed
Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Portfolio that demonstrates understanding of design principles and various creative mediums.
• Verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout, with experience across print, digital, and web design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with XD, Sketch, Axure, After Effects, or UI/UX design is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative , proactive, and creative mindset with a passion for innovation and contributing new ideas to the team.
