El
Retail Media Manager
es responsable de
liderar la estrategia, planificación y optimización de campañas de Retail Media
para las marcas del portafolio de la agencia. Su propósito es
conectar la data del consumidor con las oportunidades de comunicación dentro de los entornos de retail digital
, impulsando el crecimiento del negocio a través de estrategias full funnel orientadas a resultados medibles.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar e implementar
    estrategias de Retail Media
    alineadas con los objetivos de negocio y comunicación de cada marca.
  • Integrar el Retail Media al plan de medios digital, articulando esfuerzos entre
    branding, performance y e-commerce
    .
  • Administrar la
    planificación de inversión
    en plataformas de retailers, optimizando presupuestos con foco en ROAS, tráfico y conversión.
  • Analizar datos de comportamiento del consumidor y ventas para generar
    insights accionables
    que fortalezcan las recomendaciones estratégicas.
  • Coordinar con equipos internos (estrategia, performance, data y medios offline) y con aliados externos (retailers y marcas).
  • Monitorear y reportar resultados, asegurando la trazabilidad de la inversión publicitaria hasta el impacto en ventas.
  • Identificar oportunidades de innovación, nuevos formatos y herramientas dentro del ecosistema Retail Media.
  • Capacitar equipos y clientes en el entendimiento del modelo y sus indicadores de éxito.

Perfil del cargo

  • Formación:
    Profesional en Mercadeo, Publicidad, Comunicación o Administración.
  • Experiencia:
    3 a 6 años en
    agencias de medios o anunciantes
    liderando estrategias digitales, e-commerce o performance.
  • Conocimientos técnicos:
  • Plataformas de Retail Media (
    Éxito Media, Mercado Ads, Falabella Retail Media o Linio Ads)
  • Ecosistema de medios digitales (Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, GA4, Looker Studio).
  • Análisis de data, dashboards y modelos de atribución.
  • Entendimiento de trade marketing, shopper y funnel de conversión.
  • Competencias clave:
  • Pensamiento estratégico y visión omnicanal.
  • Liderazgo y capacidad de coordinación entre equipos.
  • Comunicación consultiva y gestión de clientes.
  • Enfoque en resultados, innovación y optimización continua.
