Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (Atlanta, GA Time)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

As a Spanish Bilingual Healthcare Receptionist, you will be the key point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers. You'll manage a modern text-based communication platform while supporting essential administrative and billing functions across multiple practice locations. This role blends customer service, healthcare administration, coding, and technology—offering strong opportunities for growth in the medical field.

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient communications through the text platform and other channels

  • Perform administrative tasks essential to daily practice operations

  • Verify insurance information and assist with related processes

  • Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system

  • Support patient account management and balance follow-ups

  • Coordinate workflows across multiple practice locations

  • Assist with basic financial tasks for patient accounts

  • Accurately code all daily patient visits

  • Ensure compliance with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines

  • Collaborate with providers to clarify documentation

  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality while working independently

  • Contribute to overall financial health through precise coding

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Experience in healthcare settings; pediatrics preferred

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and medical data privacy

  • Proficiency with EMR systems

  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities

  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability

  • Organized and capable of supporting multiple locations

  • Certified medical coder with pediatric experience

  • In-depth understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS

  • Strong grasp of medical terminology and anatomy

  • Ability to work under time constraints with high accuracy

  • Willingness to assist with various financial or administrative tasks
