On Trade Coordinator
, serás la conexión directa entre Bacardi y los principales actores del ecosistema de consumo: bartenders, dueños de locales, operadores y distribuidores.

ejecutar impecablemente las estrategias comerciales
, elevar la visibilidad del portafolio y construir relaciones que generen crecimiento sostenible para Bacardi en un canal donde la experiencia lo es todo. Serás responsable del desempeño en tu territorio y tendrás un impacto directo en el posicionamiento de nuestras marcas en los puntos de consumo más relevantes de Bogotá.

About You
Eres una persona con pensamiento comercial, pasión por la cultura del cóctel y capacidad para influir en múltiples perfiles dentro del mundo On Trade. Tienes agilidad para negociar, generar relaciones de largo plazo y transformar insights del mercado en acciones reales en el punto de venta.

Tu capacidad de conectar con equipos multi-culturales, bartenders, distribuidores y operadores será clave para tu éxito.

Your Key Responsibilities – With The Consumer At The Heart
Ejecución Comercial

  • Garantizar la correcta implementación de la estrategia On Trade, asegurando disponibilidad, visibilidad y activaciones alineadas al plan comercial.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPIs en volumen, visibilidad y distribución en los puntos de consumo clave.
  • Supervisar la calidad de ejecución en bares, restaurantes, hoteles y discotecas, fortaleciendo el posicionamiento del portafolio premium.
  • Advocacy; capacidad de transferir mensajes de marca claves a clientes y distribuidores.

Gestión del Canal & Customers

  • Desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con dueños, gerentes de bares y líderes del gremio.
  • Liderar negociaciones comerciales basadas en rentabilidad, ROI y alineación con los objetivos de marca.

Estrategia & Desarrollo del Negocio

  • Construir el Plan Comercial del On Trade para tu territorio, alineado al IAP (Integrated Activity Plan).
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, tendencias en coctelería y nuevos puntos de consumo relevantes.
  • Gestionar el forecast y desempeño de cuentas en conjunto con el distribuidor.

Activación & Experiencias de Marca

  • Coordinar y supervisar activaciones, promociones, programas de bartender engagement y eventos estratégicos.
  • Trabajar de la mano con Marketing para implementar materiales de visibilidad, menús de cócteles y programas de formación.
  • Garantizar experiencias memorables que fortalezcan la preferencia por el portafolio Bacardi.

Gestión con Distribuidores

  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución en ruta del equipo del distribuidor.
  • Entrenar al personal del distributor en portafolio, mixología, ruta comercial y ejecución.
  • Alinear precios, descuentos y programas comerciales conforme a la estrategia de Bacardi.

Insights & Competencia

  • Monitorear actividad competitiva y tendencias de mercado, generando recomendaciones para el liderazgo comercial y de marketing.
  • Analizar datos de performance del canal para optimizar decisiones y recursos.

The Skills & Experience Needed

  • 2–4 años de experiencia en On Trade o ventas en consumo masivo.
  • Conocimiento profundo del ecosistema On Trade en Colombia.
  • Experiencia en negociación y gestión de cuentas de alto valor.
  • Capacidad para leer insights del mercado y convertirlos en acciones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, relacionamiento y storytelling.
  • Inglés intermedio.
