Project Manager

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Colombia. You will work closely with a Program Manager and teams across delivery, quality and technical services. You will manage projects from quote to delivery, be a main contact for clients, and make sure work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. This role suits someone who enjoys structure, problem solving and building strong client relationships.

Location: this role is opened in Colombia and offers fully-remote cooperation from within Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from quote approval through delivery and closeout
• Act as a main client contact for assigned accounts and provide clear, regular status updates
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Language Delivery, Technical Services, Quality Assurance and Supply Chain
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets and resources, including purchase orders and invoices
• Identify risks early and address issues before they impact timelines, quality or cost
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, client requirements and ISO processes
• Lead client meetings, presentations and post project reviews when needed
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and system updates
• Support account development through forecasting, efficiency improvements and collaboration with account teams
• Share feedback, suggest process improvements and support junior team members when required

Skills & Experience

• Three to five years of project management experience in localization or translation
• Experience working with clients and managing multiple projects at once
• Familiarity with CAT tools such as Trados and basic publishing tools
• Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
• Well organized, reliable and comfortable working to deadlines
• Able to make decisions and solve issues with minimal supervision
• PMP certification or additional languages are a plus
