Estamos buscando un Market Research Project Assistant/Recruiter para unirse a Solvo Global
Posición: Market Research Project Assistant/Recruiter
Ubicación: 100% Remoto
Horario: Lunes a viernes | 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (hora COL) (Durante el cambio de horario: 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)
Experiencia: 1 a 2 años en investigación de mercados, marketing o áreas afines.
Idioma: Inglés B2+ a C1
¿Qué harás en este rol?
contactar y programar participantes para estudios de mercado (grupos focales, entrevistas uno a uno y encuestas en línea).
Realizar llamadas de recordatorio y validación.
Enviar correos de confirmación y mensajes de texto.
Actualizar la información de los miembros del panel de audiencia.
Manejar Microsoft Excel para la creación de horarios, uso de fórmulas, validación de datos y análisis básico.
¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia en investigación de mercados, marketing o negocios (1 a 2 años).
Inglés B2+ a C1 con habilidades para leer y seguir guiones.
Manejo básico de Microsoft Excel (creación de horarios, fórmulas, VLOOKUP, análisis básico de datos).
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, gestión del tiempo y trabajo remoto.
