Remote Ecommerce Manager
About the Role
We are an innovation-driven brand focused on healt, quality, compliance, and exceptional customer experience. As we expand into new markets, we are looking for a data-driven Ecommerce & Wholesale Operations Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be the bridge between sales, marketing, and logistics. You will be responsible for optimizing our Shopify storefront, managing wholesale workflows, and building the "intelligence" behind our inventory and demand planning. Key Responsibilities
1. Shopify Ecommerce Management
- Manage and optimize the Shopify storefront, including product listings, navigation, and merchandising.
- Implement DTC strategies such as bundles, cross-sells, loyalty programs, and subscriptions.
- Monitor and improve key metrics: Conversion Rate, AOV, Retention, and site performance.
- Manage Shopify apps, AI tools, and automation workflows to drive efficiency.
- Align with Marketing for sales events, email flows (Klaviyo), and paid media campaigns.
2. Wholesale Channel Operations
- Oversee B2B order workflows, including account setup, price sheets, and reorder cycles.
- Support field teams with in-store promotions and new SKU launches.
- Maintain wholesale dashboards to track velocity, account performance, and demand spikes.
- Ensure inventory alignment between DTC, wholesale, and warehouse counts.
3. Inventory Intelligence & Demand Planning
- Build real-time dashboards tracking SKU velocity and inventory levels.
- Set up automated alerts for low inventory, raw materials, or packaging.
- Create forward-looking demand signals based on historical data and promotional calendars.
- Provide weekly insights to leadership to support proactive production scheduling.
4. Automation & Systems Optimization
- Identify and implement new integrations to reduce manual work.
- Connect Shopify, Klaviyo, and reporting tools for seamless data flow.
- Continuously refine processes to improve accuracy and visibility across the company.
Qualifications
The Essentials:
- 3–5 years of experience in Ecommerce Management, Shopify, or CPG Operations (Flexible).
- Expert-level Shopify knowledge: You know the apps, the analytics, and how to optimize for conversion.
- Analytical Mindset: High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard tools.
- Strong Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and fulfillment.
- Startup Ready: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in an evolving environment.
Bonus Points (Pluses):
- Experience in Beverage, Healt or Wellness industries.
- Advanced experience with Klaviyo or automation tools (Zapier, etc.).
