Estamos contratando Project Manager en Solvo Global

¿Tienes experiencia liderando proyectos de fachadas y buscas tu próximo gran reto? En Solgo Global, estamos buscando un Project Manager apasionado por la innovación, la sostenibilidad y la excelencia en el diseño para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Ubicación: Remoto en Colombia (Horario CST)

Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.

Salario competitivo + beneficios + proyección profesional.

Requisitos: Título universitario en Ingeniería Estructural, Arquitectura, Gestión de Construcción o afín

Experiencia: 5+ años en gestión de proyectos de fachadas o recubrimientos arquitectónicos

¿Qué harás?

Como Project Manager, serás responsable de liderar proyectos de recubrimiento arquitectónico de principio a fin. Coordinarás equipos multidisciplinarios, gestionarás presupuestos, cronogramas y asegurarás la calidad en cada etapa del proyecto. Serás el punto de contacto clave con clientes, arquitectos, ingenieros y contratistas.

Responsabilidades clave:

-Evaluar especificaciones y planos del proyecto

-Realizar estimaciones de costos y preparar propuestas competitivas

-Liderar la planificación, ejecución y entrega de proyectos

-Supervisar la elaboración de shop drawings

-Gestionar presupuestos, riesgos y documentación

-Asegurar la calidad y cumplimiento de normativas

-Fomentar un ambiente colaborativo y orientado a resultados

¿Qué buscamos?

-Inglés Avanzado (B2/C1)

-Conocimiento profundo de sistemas de recubrimiento y técnicas de instalación

-Habilidades sólidas en gestión de proyectos, incluyendo planificación, presupuestación y evaluación de riesgos

-Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo

-Dominio de software de gestión de proyectos y Microsoft Office

-Familiaridad con códigos de construcción y estándares de seguridad
