The Role:
We are seeking an organized, adaptable, and bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to supporting the daily operations of a pest control business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating professionally with clients.
- 3 years of experience.
Education: Technical degree, associate degree, or bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field is preferred
Experience:
- Experience in administrative support, office coordination, or virtual assistance
- Experience handling invoicing, collections, or basic accounting tasks is a plus
- Experience working with international clients or U.S.-based companies is desirable
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of documentation processes and record keeping
- Ability to learn new systems, tools, and regulatory processes quickly

Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Collections: Prepare and send invoices, follow up on past-due accounts, and help ensure timely payments.
- Customer Communication: Handle email and phone correspondence in both English and Spanish, providing customer support for scheduling and service questions.
- Regulatory Assistance: Support with documentation related to the Structural Pest Control Board and the Agriculture Department in California.
- Learning Legal Aspects: Be willing to learn about the legal and compliance requirements of pest control services in California.
- General Admin Tasks: Help with data entry, maintaining records, and other tasks as needed.
