You will plan, coordinate, and deliver solutions aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives, safeguarding scope, timeline, quality, and budget. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Define and manage scope, timelines, budget, and delivery plans.Maintain project documentation: charters, roadmaps (Agile/hybrid), RAID logs, KPIs.Coordinate cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, QA, UX/UI, Data/BI).Drive execution from kickoff to launch, ensuring predictable delivery and quality. Product Management Partner with stakeholders and customers to prioritize the backlog based on value, risk, and strategy.Lead discovery, problem framing, ideation, and feature validation (MVPs, experiments, user feedback).Define and track product outcomes: adoption, engagement, retention, NPS, ROI.Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans. Customer-Facing & Stakeholder Management Lead workshops, demos, and C-level presentations.Gather requirements, manage expectations, and negotiate scope changes effectively.Communicate progress and risks to executives and business/finance stakeholders.Coordinate synergies between internal teams and external partners/vendors. Methodologies & Continuous Improvement Implement Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or hybrid frameworks depending on context.Run ceremonies, retrospectives, and drive a metrics-driven, continuous improvement culture.Improve delivery processes using outcomes, velocity/throughput trends, quality metrics, and feedback loops.
