Complete and keep accounting books updated in the Word Office application Keep accounting information up-to-date with all supporting documentation through data entry in software Issue the required certifications, based on the accounting records Provide the information requested by the Statutory Auditor Keep the accounting documents file (notes, cash receipts, declarations, etc.) organized and up-to-date Issue withholding tax and ICA certificates Collaborate with the administrative and operational area to establish best accounting practices Costing and operating expenses within the Word Office application, according to the committees provided by the operational area Include petty cash reimbursements, per diem allowances, and travel expenses for drivers Accrual of invoices for payment to suppliers What do we offer?
