Description Purpose: Ensure compliance, control and monitoring of treasury, portfolio and billing processes. Functions: 1. Ensure regulatory and tax compliance. 2. Monitor, control and interact with the external accounting firm. 3. Manage and guarantee the treasury, portfolio and billing processes. 4. Update the accounts receivable collection in accordance with the issued invoices, project the collection of the invoices issued for the month, as well as reconcile customer accounts with operations, ensuring the updating of the discount control for each customer. 5. Prepare cash receipts for payments made by the customer, collect payment from the customer and ensure receipt of income, and keep daily control of DIKE's billing vs. actual billing. 6. Organize the respective accounting documentation for the current month of payments made to deliver to accounting. 7. Preparation of weekly, monthly and annual cash flows. 8. Ensure direct contact with banks and financing companies. 9. Support in the preparation of financial reports and budget execution reports. 10. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including key indicators, cash flow, treasury and budgets. 11. Coordinate and monitor payment scheduling and administrative services such as supplier management, purchasing, general services, physical infrastructure and archiving. Requirements Job Profile: - Essential Academic Background: Professional - Specific Undergraduate Area: Financial Careers (accounting, finance, business administration, industrial engineering). - Specific Postgraduate area: N/A - Equivalent to (Specify if applicable for undergraduate or postgraduate studies): N/A - Essential skills: Advanced level of Excel, database, financial planning, knowledge of ERP, preferably Siigo. - Essential Experience (Minimum number of years of experience required): 3 years - Area of expertise: Financial, administrative, preferably logistics or startups.
