The Legal Instructional Designer will use instructional design methodologies and technologies to create high-quality instructional materials.

**Salary**: 4,500,000 COP

**Compensation**:
4,500,000 COP

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize instructional design principles and methodologies to design, develop, and deliver effective and engaging legal courses.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to measure learning outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Work with multimedia specialists to develop interactive and engaging learning materials, such as videos, simulations, and e-learning modules.
- Keep up-to-date with instructional design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the legal education field.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and meet project deadlines.
- Provide training and support to legal instructors and trainers on the effective use of instructional materials.
- Maintain records of legal instructional design projects and associated documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, theories, and methodologies applicable to legal education.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools such as iSpring Suite.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technologies used in legal training and development
