Middle Network Support Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure
- Provide 3rd-level troubleshooting for all LAN/WAN alerts and issues
- Maintain all monitoring and reporting systems
- Produce and maintain documentation related to all developed/deployed systems
- Configure and install various network devices and services like routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
- Be available for 24x7 support

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years of experience in network infrastructure support
- CCNP Certification and a BA Degree/B.S. Degree
- Experience with Firewalls, Infrastructure, LAN technologies, OSI and TCP/IP models, and WAN technologies
- Familiarity with Next Gen Firewalls like Cisco Firepower and firewall cloud services like Zscaler
- Excellent understanding of routing protocols like EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP
- Good communication skills to interact clearly with customers
- Proficiency in English language, with at least a B2+ level

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with SD-WAN like Silver Peak
- Familiarity with Cisco IOS
- Knowledge in configuring/troubleshooting wireless like Cisco WLC preferred
