We are looking for a **Country Manager** to join our company.

**What you will be doing**
- Support the company in structuring and organizing local operations in Colombia.
- Identify and establish relationships with local payment providers, banks, and relevant business partners.
- Coordinate operational activities related to account openings, onboarding processes, documentation, and provider integration.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Compliance, Finance, etc.) to align local efforts with the overall business strategy.
- Contribute with insights about the Colombian market to help prioritize initiatives and define next steps.
- Participate in the setup and improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Act as the local point of contact for day-to-day operations and business matters.
- Adapt to changing needs and responsibilities as the role evolves with market growth.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in the payments industry, preferably in fintech, acquirers, or PSPs.
- Experience in operational or business-facing roles (e.g. operations, implementation, account management, or business development).
- Strong understanding of the Colombian payments landscape (banks, PSPs, wallets, processors).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with remote teams and dynamic environments.
- A hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
- Intermediate or advanced English skills.
- Willingness to grow and evolve in the role as the market and company needs expand.
