**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead project planning sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee the execution of projects ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration of ServiceNow ITAM solutions.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities domains.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Provide guidance and support to team members enhancing their skills and performance.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate project outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to optimize resource utilization and project success.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of ServiceNow ITAM implementations.

**Qualifications**
- Possess strong technical expertise in ServiceNow with a focus on IT Asset Management.
- Demonstrate experience in the Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities domains showcasing domain-specific knowledge.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing projects within a hybrid work model.
- Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving techniques.
- Display strong analytical skills to interpret project data and drive decision-making.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with additional certifications in project management being a plus.

**Certifications Required**

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
