Project Managers are responsible for the following areas:

- Planning and managing every aspect of a project (process, change, technology) including providing overall guidance and direction for the project and overseeing financial management activities.
- Resource requirement identification and assignment
- Measuring and monitoring progress at clearly-defined points of the process to ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations.
- Balancing scope, the schedule, budget, quality, and risks
- Ensuring that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all team members affected
- Identifying and resolving project risks and issues
- Managing relationships and coordinating work between different teams at different locations.
- Ensures project deliverables, goals, milestones are achieved
- Manage customer relationship and that commitments are fulfilled

a. Basic Qualifications

i. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent preferred.

ii. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.

iii. Minimum 5 years of project management or IT Management including scheduling and budgeting

iv. Minimum 3 years coordinating and/supporting IT business processes experience.

v. Strong customer facing skills

vi. English skills (written and verbal)

b. Preferred Qualifications

i. Knowledge and understanding of the banking industry and business

ii. Experience working in an international setting

iii. SCRUM/Agile certification
