**Responsibilities**:

- ** SEO**: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and monitor SEO performance. Generate blog posts on a weekly basis based on keywords in the roofing industry.
- ** Social Media**: Develop and schedule social media posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics. Reply to all Google 5 star reviews and follow up with customers that didnt leave reviews.
- ** Vendor Outreach**: Communicate with vendors, manage vendor relationships, quoting, current pricing, and coordinate orders and deliveries.
- ** Project Tracking**: Track project progress, update project management tools, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- ** Document Control**: Organize and maintain electronic files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: Betweens 3 - 5 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Experience in marketing, SEO, and social media management is preferred.
- ** Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- ** Attributes**: Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics), social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp). Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel. Jobber, Roofr, SendJim and others.

- Salary: $8 - $12per hour, depending on experience.
