**Role Profile: Virtual Assistant (Spanish-Speaking)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with US-based clients in both English and Spanish.

**2. Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Draft and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports in both English and Spanish.

**3. Language Translation**:
Translate legal documents, communications, and client interactions accurately between English and Spanish.

Ensure the integrity of legal terminology and convey the nuances of language effectively.

**4. Research and Documentation**:

- Conduct legal research using both English and Spanish language sources.
- Compile and organize information to assist legal professionals in case preparation.

**5. File Management**:

- Maintain organized and secure electronic and physical filing systems.
- Ensure documents are appropriately labeled, filed, and easily retrievable.

**6. Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional client service.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in a legal setting.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and the ability to accurately translate legal documents.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Legal Studies, Business Administration, etc.) preferred.
- Previous experience working with US-based clients in a virtual assistant or legal administrative role.

**Additional Skills**:

- Time management**:Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
**- Tech-savvy**:Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools, document management systems, and other relevant software.
**Pay: $300 - $500 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
