**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough research to find solutions to complex software issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
- Initiate follow-up calls with clients to confirm resolution and satisfaction, fostering positive relationships.
- Assist in maintaining and monitoring network systems, servers, and related equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Handle software installations, upgrades, and configurations adhering to organizational policies.
- Collaborate with IT team members on support efforts and IT projects to enhance service quality.

**Position Requirements**:

- Demonstrable experience in a help desk technician role or a similar customer support position.
- Strong technical proficiency with standard office products such as Microsoft Office, Chrome, Adobe, etc.
- Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 and some server knowledge.
- Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic tech issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A customer-first attitude, with the patience and understanding to manage various customer interactions.
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline is advantageous.

**Work Hours & Benefits**:

- This is a part-time role, starting at approximately 10 hours per week. As you become more integrated with our team and clientele, there will be opportunities to increase your hours.
- Must be available to work within Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
