Fieldwork Specialist

At Netquest we are looking for **Fieldwork Specialist **(Market Research). In this role you will have direct relationship with North American clients, taking responsibility and carrying out all the tasks that should be carried out in a Market Research project.

**Main activities**:

- Supporting the project management team, sending out surveys and managing the quotas in order to complete the samples requested by our clients.
- Interacting and coordinating with different areas (scripters, data tabulation, project managers, etc.), to ensure the proper development and execution with the appropriate panel.
- E-mailing our panelists inviting them to fill the surveys and complete studies.
- Ensuring quality standards of data and samples in all our projects.
- Track, both, panelists and clients.
- Generating reports of the metrics used when finishing the studies.
- Maintining relationships with external clients (agencies or companies), responding their inquiries and concerns.
- Constantly comparing the commissioned situation for the project against the conditions that may be found during the different stages of the operation. (sample sizes, interview length, quotas)
- Support the finance team with the invoicing details.
- Pricing projects.

- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- **Intermediate English (written and spoken)**:

- **Desirable**: 1 year of experience working in Market Research industry
