**Location**:Bogotá, Colombia. Remote Friendly

**A typical day as a People Operations Intern at Kiwibot might include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Assisting in the implementation of recruiting strategies aligned with Kiwibot's talent needs.
- Supporting the preparation of recruitment materials and job postings across various platforms, showcasing Kiwibot's unique culture and work environment.
- Supporting cultural events of the organization.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
- Assisting in employee engagement initiatives and contributing to the recognition of employee contributions.
- Participating in HR-related projects, under supervision, such as diversity initiatives and employee satisfaction surveys. Attending job fairs and talent attraction events.

**This job might be the right fit for you if you have:
- Technician or professional degree students in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related careers with Administrative areas
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- English Level: B1
- Awareness of HR best practices and compliance with labor laws.
- Basic analytical skills and the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
- Problem-solving abilities to address recruitment challenges. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
