This program includes a wide variety of initiatives which will drive efficiency and scalability for TU’s Technology function.

In his/her role, the Director - Technology Transformation, will play an instrumental role in developing strategies and driving initiatives in partnership with other members of the global technology leadership team.

**Support Technology transformation initiative globally**
- Be a part of TU’s high performing global technology team
- Drive various high-profile strategic initiative with our technology leaders
- Become a thought partner for various TU associates across regions and domains
- Quantify, track and report savings potential from various transformation activities
- Support senior leaders during this change journey by preparing presentation material for various internal and external discussions
- Enhance operating policies and procedures that impact multiple disciplines and departments

**What You Will Bring**

**Required skillset**:

- 8-10 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development or Transformation functions within a large Corporate; Or 6-7 years of experience in Strategy, Management and/or Technology Consulting
- Experience leading cross-functional engagements / initiatives with a wide variety of stakeholders as their trusted thought partner
- Proven ability to solve complex business problems, steering through unclear (often complicated) situations by developing frameworks, driving structured brainstorming discussions with stakeholders, documenting outcomes and providing guidance on path forward
- Strong analytical mindset and instincts with ability to scan through data (financials, operating KPIs, other) and derive insights to objectively approach problem solving and drive conclusions
- Strong financial acumen with an understanding of technology costs and their financial treatment
- Excellent written and oral communication skillset. Ability to convey insights to leaders in a succinct manner
- Demonstrated ability and self-motivation to lead within an environment of rapid change and growth
- Outstanding team player - inclusive, flexible, humble and keen on collective wins for the team
- Ability to manage multiple projects and various deadlines simultaneously, and deliver on time
- Eager to get feedback and keen on further development performance
- Proficient at creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations (including story-lining) and Excel models for executive readouts.
