**As a Creative Director, You Will**
- Develop and execute the company's creative vision across all marketing channels, including digital, print, video, and events
- Lead a team of talented designers, videographers, editors, and copywriters in the execution of our brand vision
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a cohesive brand identity that reflects the company's values and mission
- Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, including ideation, concept development, and execution
- Work closely with the content team to develop engaging content that drives brand awareness and engagement
- Manage the creative process, including the development of timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure that all creative output is consistent with the company's brand identity and messaging
- Oversee the development of visual assets, including graphics, images, and videos
- Work with external agencies and vendors to deliver creative projects on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's creative output remains competitive and relevant

**Requirements**:
**As a Creative Director, You Have**
- Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in design or marketing (with at least 2+ in a leadership position), with a focus on B2B marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire creative teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex marketing challenges
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development tools is a plus
- Knowledge of videography, video editing, and 3D design/animation is a plus
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
