**Position**:Customer Marketing Associate Manager

**Location**:Bogotá, Colombia

**Reports to**:Trade Marketing Manager

**OVERVIEW**:
This position uses knowledge of marketing and customer marketing to guarantee three main aspects: the execution in point of sales leading the merchandise team; the development, planning and execution of visual merchandising; and category management. It will also be responsible for all segment brands within all different customers inside modern and traditional channels for Colombia nationwide.

**FUNCTIONS**:

- Execute and track channel marketing activities targeted to increase our brand presence and sales.
- Lead the external sales force of the company, ensuring excellence in execution.
- Create visibility strategies within and across channels to accelerate product´s sell in and sell out, taking into account the shopper environment.
- Keep updated about the best practices in the industry for complementing and creating new strategies to improve each channel in its internal processes.
- Develop, control and execute POP material and displays to improve visibility at the point of sale.
- Responsible for budget control.
- Track and maintain appropriate cost center budget elements and communicate issues.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree (emphasis in business/marketing, sales or related field).
- 5 Years of equivalent marketing/sales experience ( leadership team)
- Full-time experience working on cross-functional projects
- Direct and perform analysis across a wide variety of channel business issues and make fact-based recommendations
- Medium English level.
