Position Overview: As the Remote AI and Hardware Development Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and managing our dedicated team of AI and hardware engineers. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven hardware products that cater to the specific needs of our clients and ensure they align with the company's strategic goals. Your technical expertise, leadership skills, and passion for cutting-edge technology will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Technical Leadership:Provide expert guidance and oversight to a team of AI and hardware engineers, encouraging innovation and efficient problem-solving.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and researchers, to drive seamless integration of hardware and AI technologies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to AI and hardware development.

Project Management:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and hardware projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
Define project milestones, set achievable goals, and track progress regularly to maintain project momentum and quality.

Hardware Development:Oversee the design and development of custom hardware solutions, including PCBs, embedded systems, sensors, and other electronic components.

AI Integration:Drive the integration of AI algorithms into the hardware architecture, focusing on optimizing performance and accuracy.
Work closely with AI researchers to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models with custom hardware platforms.

Quality Assurance:Implement rigorous testing procedures to verify the functionality and reliability of AI-driven hardware products.
Identify and address potential issues, ensuring products meet high-quality standards.

Team Development:Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers team members and promotes professional growth.
Conduct performance evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, technical specifications, and best practices.
Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and future recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in AI and hardware development, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong background in designing and implementing custom hardware solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI and hardware development (e.g., Python, C++, Verilog).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Leadership abilities to inspire and guide a team of engineers in a remote work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling technical challenges.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $5,000,000 - $7,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Python: 3 years (preferred)
- Hardware programming (ardunio/Rpi/etc): 3 years (preferred)
