RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architecting target state independently on AWS, integrating and specifying landing zone requirements
- Defining the EKS or Kubernetes requirements and high-level configurations
- Performing in a leading role within the architecture team
- Maintaining effective communication with the client, EPAM peers, and engineers regarding approach
- Conducting workshops with the client and our Solution and Security Architects
- Creating the target state design
- Developing the migration and test plans
- Overseeing and supporting engineering resources in the migration execution process
- Providing hands-on Subject Matter Expertise for DevOps and cloud-related tasks when required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 7 years practical hands-on experience in software development and deep understanding of Systems Architecture
- A minimum of 2 accomplished projects in a technical team lead role with constant hands-on work in the past 3 years
- At least one year of relevant experience as a Software Architect
- Strong grasp of Containerization, Ansible, and Terraform
- A good understanding of Kubernetes or EKS
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Robust leadership abilities and management skills to support engineering resources
- Proficient in English Language (C1+ level of competency)
