**We are searching the best talent for SR finance Analyst to be in Sao Jose dos Campos, Bogotá, Cali**

**Purpose**:PIC Finance team are part of Consumer Supply Chain Finance LATAM, the team scope include that Inventory Management, complex financial transactions and flows, costing and intercompany pricing for all SC Consumer LATAM entities. SC PIC team ensures that all supply chain/cost transactions, analysis and reporting are accurate and compliant in line with Johnson & Johnson guidelines. The team is on a journey to bring SC Finance consolidation and keep on process improvement.

The PIC Analyst will play a key role in ensuring a high-quality service delivery model through strong collaboration across the Business and Finance. In addition, understanding of the SC processes, systems and ability to effectively frame and communicate with leaders, will be important to success and to the team as a whole. To be successful with these efforts, the PIC Analyst must demonstrate strong signs of the Leadership Imperative qualities of Connect, Lead and Grow.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Closing Activities for Inventory and SLOB for SC legal entities: Prepare SAP bases; SLOB consolidation, Journal Entries to posting, DOS Calculation; Net Inventory Reports
- Brazil SC/ Colombia SC/ Argentina
- SLOB process ownership; Support as focal point for Commercial entities.
- Forecast Business Cycles and LT- Inventory/SLOB Total LATAM development, consolidation and reports
- Partner closely with Supply Chain Planning to identify and mitigate future risks (Regional and Global Planning Governances)
- Inventory Business Partner for Commercial: BUF/COE
- SOX Compliance Controls; Bravo Reports; BVA Explanations
- SC Cycle physical counting - Finance partner
- LATAM: Ad-roc Analysis for Inventory (Global Requests)
- Focus on process improvement and standardization

**Qualifications** Qualifications and requirements**:
A minimum of a bachelor’s Degree is required in area related to Finance/ Accounting or Engineering/Business Management

MBA or Finance certification is a plus

**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:

- A minimum 4-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting is required;
- Experience with systems GRM, TM1 and mainly SAP
- Experience as Finance or related business partner
- Advanced English is required (Spanish is a plus)

**Preferred**:

- Experience in Supply Chain Finance is desired.
- Experience with Alteryx/BI/Power Pivot.
- Experience with Inventory Management and reporting
- Compliance background and experience
