Knowledge, Skills,

and Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accountant or or Similar Careers; MBA as a plu
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in FP&A
- USGAAP knowledge
- Proficiency in English, MUST TO HAVE
- Excel and SAP/ BW - Modules CO/PA
- Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and problems, coordinate many

complex activities/projects simultaneously and direct successful solutions
- Experience in working effectively with multi-functional and multi-regional

teams.
- Written and oral communication and presentation skills.
- Must possess business and financial skills including the ability to utilize

financial metrics and knowledge of business cost structure in supporting and

making decisions.

Business
- Preparing interim outlooks providing visibility of potential deviations versus

LE´s and Forecasts;
- Preparing weekly managerial reports;
- Preparing monthly managerial reports and provide information for business associations.
- Co-Lead Budget/Forecast process ensuring timely submission and sharing

Andean requirements with markets;
- Develop and consolidate regional finance analysis to senior management,

including the 3 months Rolling Forecast;
- Understand and perform financial analysis explaining P&L and Balance Sheet

variances versus Goal, LE´s and Last Year;
