**Job Summary**:
Web Content Analyst Sr is responsible for the leadership of delivering website implementations for Colgate subsidiaries following digital industry standards and best practice as well as following Colgate policies. You will communicate with main stakeholders, passing from our Digital,
eCommerce and Agencies to Marketing and Customer Development teams, supporting multiple brands.

**Responsibilities/Accountabilities**
- Leadership of divisional and local projects for adapting and updating websites for Colgate, working with company teams and digital partner agencies.
- Ensure best practices and brand guidelines are followed in all developments.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and the number of hours spent in each project is reported.
- Responsible for the Quality Assurance for websites implementation ensuring that they are complying with the corporate guidelines and the market development standards.
- Ensure Usage Rights of all digital assets published are following agency controls.
- Communicate to local marketing teams and/or division Digital teams when new sites and campaigns updates are live.
- Interact with digital agencies all over the world to obtain guidelines and support for project implementations.
- Implement tracking codes, tags and extract analytics reports from the websites.
- Support e-commerce initiatives that need implementation.
- Communicate with digital agencies and internal stakeholders to obtain guidelines and support for project implementations.

**Range of Qualifications**

Level of Education: Graduation

Years of Experience: 1-2

Knowledge in digital marketing, including website development and maintenance, search engine

optimization and experience working with CMS.

Solid experience with digital tools and software required to develop websites and other digital

assets:

- CMS: Adobe Experience Manager, OpenText, Wordpress
- Code: HTML, HTML5, CSS3, Javascript
- Software: Adobe software for image and video edition, html coding
- PM Tools: Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Familiar with Google tools (YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, etc)

External and Internal Contacts:
Internal: Regional Digital Marketing team, Marketing & Media Directors, Brand Managers,

Consumer Affairs, Legal, Global Digital Marketing, BEX team

External: Agency partners and other suppliers

**Education**:

- BS degree
- English fluent
