**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

We’re looking for driven and ambitious individuals in **Medellín, Colombia**, to join our global sales team as SDRAppointment Setters. **RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SALES DEVELOPMENT REP**
- Identify potential clients’ challenges and needs
- Qualify leads and connect with key decision-makers
- Overcome objections with strategic solutions
- Schedule follow-up appointments for Account Executives
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate records
- Consistently meet call targets and seek continuous improvement

**COMPENSATION DETAILS**
- **Part-Time**: $400/month base + $800-$1,200/month in bonuses (4-hour daily commitment)
- **Full-Time**: $800/month base + $1,400-$2,200/month in bonuses (8-hour daily commitment)
- **Bonus**: $25 per appointment set
