**Summary**
- Own, govern and drive compliance on presales, lead generation & front end sales team's activities, strategies and processes.
- Support sales organization to improve sales productivity and efficiencies through conceptualizing, implementing processes, re-engineering workflows and productivity improvement initiatives/measures.
- Assist in chalking out the business specific processes / plans. Front end user level implementation of the said processes / plan and drive compliance on these initiatives to achieve set objectives by the business.
- Collate & analyse sales data and provide insights to key stakeholders via reports, dashboards and analytics so as to aid in decision making.
- Induct new hires to the sales organization on the processes & practices.
- Drive New Business budget planning activity annually for the sales organization.
- Assist the CRO in weekly / monthly / quarterly reviews by preparing ppt. slides / reports with insights.
- Carry out day in day out sales operations activities & lead a team of system administrators & data analysts.

**Minimum Qualifications** / Skillsets**
- Bachelor's Degree in any field with minimum 5 years of experience in heading sales operations / sales administration, preferably in a BPM/BPO/Contact Centre.
- Excellent MS Office proficiency (specifically Excel & PPT), data interpretation & analytical skills, communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership, management, creative thinking, conflict resolution, flexible and team building skills.
- Ability to work well with all levels of management as well as vendors / partners across the globe.
