We are searching for the best talent for **Procurement Digital Services Solutions Lead **to be in Bogota, Colombia.
You will partner with business customers, Solution Managers/Engineers & IT to craft solutions that improve the employee experience and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Procurement transactional processes keeping an excellent User Experience (UX) as a guiding principle.
**The Procurement Solution Lead**:
- Provides tactical support for the design standards & methodologies, and optimally applies detailed processes.
- Proactively reviews system release notes, SAAS roadmaps, and change requests, and applies this knowledge to effectively assess impact on existing & planned solutions.
- Reviews continuous improvement ideas and may provide perspective on disposition of the ideas.
- Promotes an ever-improving user experience by practicing UX Design principles
- Supports managers and Engineers with the delivery of solution design assets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or similar field is required.
- 2+ years IT, Procurement or relevant experience is required.
- Experience with process mapping, process optimization, agile methodologies & requirements management is required.
- Organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic, complex, and virtual environment is required.
- We are looking for innovative, a self-learner, and passionate for advancing the business through technology mind that is customer-focused and insightful.
- Must be proficient in the English language.
- Ability to work across time zones (after hours local time) is required.
- Ability travel domestically and internationally up to 15% may be required.
- An understanding of Sourcing, Contract, and / or Req.to-Pay systems enabling Procurement processes, translating strategies into business capabilities and crafting solutions to enable new capabilities is preferred.
- Experience deploying technology solutions is preferred.
- Experience interacting with external partners is preferred.
- Rapid Value Realization, Design Thinking, and / or Six Sigma Green Belt / Design Excellence experience is preferred.
- Experience with UX Design is preferred.
- Experience in technical writing preferred.
